It refers to an individual whose name is found in the Panel and who has agreed to participate in one of our studies, surveys, polls, etc. for the moment.
It refers to any individual or panellist or member who agrees to participate in one of our market research surveys, reviews, opinion polls, etc.
It refers to an activity done under the purview of a market research survey where respondents are asked to provide answers or opinions for specific questions prepared as per the survey objective.
It refers to an individual or organization who contracts research-based services from the company.

All Panellists and Respondents are expected to comply by the following:
Will refrain from creating any false profile in the Panel
Will not sell or use any information or research findings to a third party by any direct or indirect means
Will not misuse the intellectual proprietary of the Panel network and the security
Will refrain from posting any harmful or unsolicited content
Will not encourage other members to break or misuse any of the Terms
All materials and content related to survey, including design, photos, videos, trade names, etc. found in the Panel or Company website fall under the protection of Intellectual Property rights, but all copyrights and trademarks fall under the owner’s control unless otherwise stated. All owners, which include survey/panel authority or a third-party owner of any material or content are liable to protect the content and shall comply by the general privacy laws, and shall refrain from causing any damage to the material or content under any form.
Panellists and Respondents must strictly maintain the privacy of all materials or content and must not disclose the information to any third party. They shall adhere to the confidentiality as per the Company’s privacy rights.
All Panellists, Respondents, Members and Users who have agreed upon this Terms and Conditions policy have expressed their wilful participation in our panels, studies, surveys and market research activities. Company shall not be liable for any loss caused by any of the members, panellists, or respondents. The company is only responsible for the services it is providing.
Company cannot be held responsible for a failure in fulfilling any direct or indirect obligations, caused by reasons that are beyond conscious control.
This Terms & Conditions policy us under the sole discretion of Erevna Healthcare Market Research. The company reserves the right to change/amend/modify these terms at any time. Any dispute in the terms & conditions shall be resolved directly with the company.
